They used to cuddle with us a lot more and demand attention but I haven't had them sleeping with us the past couple of nights.<br /><br />They don't even meow at us when they want food anymore. They didn't even meow at us when Daddy accidentally closed the closet door where their litter box is kept.<br /><br />I agree that we will grow to love Amelie more than our animals but we won't love them any less.
